ONLINE STORE RETURNS:
Tendence Watches Australia offers a 30 day return from the date of purchase on all products ordered from www.tendencewatches.com.au.

FAULTY ITEM REPAIRS:

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If you have recieved the wrong order, or would like to exchange your order for another product you are required to return the Tendence product within 30 Days in new, unused condition with original payment details.
If you are returning a faulty or damaged product which is under warranty you have 2 years from purchase. Full warrnaty returns information can be found here

HOW do customers return items?
Customers are asked to properly pack their watch to protect against possible damage in transit. Do not send the watch in the original box. As it will not be returned.
SHIPPING costs for returns?
Tendence Watches Australia will cover shipping costs for any errors caused on their behalf or for purchases recieved which are faulty.
The customer is responsible for the cost of all other returns.
CREDIT for returns?
A Tendence Watches staff member will contact you to arrnage credit or refunds. All refunds will be returned as per original payment.
