WARRANTY INFORMATION 

There is no warranty on our promo / sale products.

Your watch has been manufactured according to rigorous criteria faithful to the best traditions of watch making. All our watches are guaranteed for 2 years anywhere in the world against any manufacturing defect. The warranty takes effect on the purchase date of the watch, when this certificate is duly completed, dated and signed by the retailer, and only if accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Therefore, please enclose a copy of the receipt and rear page of Warranty Booklet certifying the date of purchase. It is important to advise the WAG International Serial Number that was attached to the watch at time of purchase. The straps, crystals and batteries are not included in the warranty. Neither is damage to the case or movement resulting from mishandling. Also not included are defects due to inappropriate treatment or problems caused from repairs done by someone other than the watchmaker authorised by WAG International.

Watches that fall under warranty conditions are repaired free of charge. For non-warranty items, we will automatically repair the watch where the value of repairs is less than $60.00. However, we will contact you for approval to proceed when repairs are estimated to cost in excess of $60.00. Any repairs estimated to cost over $60.00 that are not proceeded with, will incur a Quote Fee of $10.50. We will notify you of the total cost of repairs. Upon receipt of these monies, your watch will be repaired and forwarded to you. All watches, including those repaired under warranty, will incur postage & handling costs of $15.50 per watch (within metropolitan areas of Australia). Please allow 10 -12 working days for repairs (subject to availability of spare parts)

 


SHIPPING YOUR WATCH FOR A WARRNTY CLAIM

For all repairs, please send your watch by insured mail to Tendence Watches at P.O Box 861, Sanctuary Cove, 4212. Please send the watch onlyand do not iclude the box. For more information please visit the contact page

Properly pack/bubble wrap your watch to protect against possible damage in transit. Do not send the watch in the original box. As it will not be returned.

  • Remember to enclose your watch
  • Include one form per watch
  • Enclose a copy of your proof of purchase and a copy of rear page of Warranty Booklet
  • Advise the WAG International Serial Number
  • Affix your return address to your package
